Returns & Exchanges

We accept all returns and exchanges for up to 14 days after the item has been received. All items must be unworn and in the original packaging. You are required to pay all shipping charges for items shipped to us, however we will cover the shipping charges for the replacement items. All returns will be issued store credit.  Items marked "Final Sale" or "Final Markdown" are non-returnable.

No, we do not offer refunds. All items must be returned with tags attached in unworn and new condition, with no marks, stains, scuffs, tears, or visible signs of use or wear, or they will not be accepted. Once approved, we will issue store credit.

Customers located outside of the contiguous United States are responsible for shipping charges incurred when sending the item for exchange back to our warehouse; Mark McNairy will cover the shipping on the way back to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel a shipment once it has been processed.

Yes, we will send you a tracking number once your package is shipped via email.

All delivery options and costs available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

In most cases, your order will ship within 3 business days of receiving the order. However we do not guarantee ship dates. When the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, once it is shipped you will receive a tracking number and depending on where you are located can take anywhere from 4 - 12 business days to arrive.
